We're the Seacoast Anti-Pollution League (SAPL), a nonprofit environmental group that makes it our business to monitor threats to public health and safety, wildlife, and ecosystems in our---and your---community.

What threats? In seacoast New Hampshire, the southern coast of Maine, and the northern coast of Massachusetts, we're graced by beautiful landscapes, and many precious natural resources.

But we're also neighbors to a massive Superfund site, an active, waste-producing nuclear power plant, two polluting fossil-fuel power plants and a host of other sources of environmental problems that affect us daily.

In the course of busy lives, it's hard to keep up with everything that's happening-even in your own backyard. That's where SAPL comes in; we're the watchdog you never knew you had. On this website you will find more information about what we do on your behalf.

We protect against waste Against harmful practices Against loss
